டாக்டர் எஸ். என்.எஸ் இராஜலட்சுமி கலை அறிவியல் கல்லூரி ( தன்னாட்சி)-யில் 12.8.2022 அன்று தமிழ்த்துறையின் நேதாஜி புரம் இலக்கிய வட்டம் இணைந்து முப்பெரும் விழா நடத்தியது.

திரைப்பட இயக்குனர் கஸ்தூரிராஜா அவர்கள் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொண்ட இவ் விழாவில் அவரது 'பாமர இலக்கியம்' என்ற நூலை அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. எழுத்தாளர் கா.சு. வேலாயுதன் அவர்களும் இரண்டாம் ஆண்டு ஆங்கில இலக்கிய மாணவி செல்வி முகைதீன் ஆப்ரின் பாத்திமா அவர்களும் நூல் அறிமுகம் செய்தார். அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக கீழடி மரபின் வேர் தேடிய பயணத்தில் சான்று பகரும் குறும்பட இயக்குனர் ஹரிஹரன், அபயம், என்ற குறும்படம் வெளியீட்டு திரையிடப்பட்டது.

விழாவில் எழுத்தாளர் அரவிந்த் வடசேரி, கவிஞர் மூடாரம் மணி, கவிஞர் இரா. பூபாலன், பேச்சாளர் வதம்பை மணியன், திரு ராம் பிரகாஷ், கவிஞர் சூலூர் ஆனந்தி ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டு விழாவினை சிறப்பாக செய்தார். நிகழ்ச்சியின் இறுதியில் தமிழ்த் துறையும் நேதாஜி புரம் இலக்கிய வட்டம் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையொப்பம் இட்டுகொண்டன.

Investiture Ceremony

The SNS Academy, a CBSE fingerprint international school, celebrated the momentous day of the 9th Investiture ceremony on 22.7.22 as dawned to bestow responsibilities on the deserving young talents of the school to lead with their commitment, confidence, and competence.

With the presence of the dignitaries, Mr. Bobby Mathew, Principal, Ms. Priya Dharshini Gurusami, National Rifle Shooter, and Mr. Satish, Secretary of the Rifle Shooting Academy, this occasion was made even more elegant. It was the occasion where the young students were all prepared to don the mantle of leadership and discharge the responsibilities entrusted to them by the school.

It also instilled leadership qualities in students and gave them a feeling of being an integral part of the administrative body.

SNS Founder Scholarship and Award Ceremony

The “SNS Founder Scholarship and Award Ceremony” was held on June 25, 2022 at Dr. SNS Rajalakshmi College of Arts and Sciences, Saravanampatti on behalf of Educational Institutions (Sri SNS Charitable Trust).  

Full scholarships are awarded to students studying at SNS Institutions in academia. Children of Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff working in the Institution, Alumni Scholarship and SNS Covid’19 Welfare Scholarship will be provided education from Pre-Kg to any U.G Degree from (School, Arts & Science, Education Engineering, Technology, Health, and Allied Science and Nursing).

All these institutions will be providing free education to those students (Father/Mother/both) affected by covid-19. More than 200 students benefited from this welfare scheme. Students were awarded the SNS Junior Ambassador Award, SNS Young Ambassador Award, and SNS Icon Award based on the Five pillar activities they have excelled in this academic year by SNS Welfare Team.

The New Business Venture by Final year MBA students

Have a look at the new business venture “Black Box” launched by our Dr. SNS Rajalakshmi College of Arts and Science, Final Year MBA Students.

The revenue streams for this black box come through the sale of edibles and dishes which are not available in the college canteen and Coffee Shop functioning in the college, which are more nutritious and cost effective.

The first day of turnover was Rs.9749, which was very encouraging to the student entrepreneurs. The announcement of the secretary to sponsor the first day of the sale proceeds enthused the students to take up new business ventures.
