Freshers Day 2024 - Welcome Ceremony for first-year students

Srinivasan J
Dr. SNS Rajalakshmi College of Arts and Science (Autonomous) held a welcome ceremony for first-year students on July 10, 2024. The Chief Guest, former Chief Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu, Dr. Irai Anbu, IAS, delivered a special address. He emphasized the importance of developing good habits, recognizing the need for education beyond academics, and becoming individuals with good character and language skills to the students. The Guest of Honor, Dr. Mahuda Mudi, Managing Director – of Valarmathi Hospital, Chairman of the Dr. RKS Group of Institutions Valarmathi Nursing Home, and Ms. Jothi Sekaran, Senior Engineer, IBM, advised students to develop good habits, take care of their physical and mental health, and seek parental support.

Inauguration of AR/VR and AI Studio Lab

We are happy to share that Dr. SNS Rajalakshmi College of Arts and Science, in collaboration with OneYes Infotech Solutions, inaugurated its cutting-edge AR/VR and AI Studio Lab.
Key figures from OneYes Infotech Solutions, including Director Mr. Yogees Kumar and Project Heads Mr. RajaRajan and Mr. Sutheesh, along with our director Dr. Nalin Vimal Kumar and Principal Dr.Anitha expressed their excitement about the potential for innovative projects and skill development.
The new lab is designed to provide hands-on experience in augmented reality, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence, aiming to prepare students for future industry challenges.

Gold medal in junior kickboxing in West Bengal

We are happy to share that our student Abishek. B of II BSc. CS GCD-SNSRCAS has won the gold medal in junior kickboxing in West Bengal.
He had won a gold medal consecutively 3 times in national championship. Kudos, champion!!

Teacher’s Award Ceremony 2024

The School Teacher’s Award Ceremony 2024, hosted by the SNS Group of institutions on May 23rd, was a spectacular affair honoring the dedication and excellence of educators. 100 outstanding teachers across seven distinct categories, including the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award and the coveted Best Teacher of the Year accolade were given.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Prof. Dr. E. Balagurusamy, Academic Advisor to the Governor of Jharkhand and Former VC of Anna University, Chennai, who delivered an inspiring chief guest address and personally bestowed the awards upon the deserving winners. Dr. S.N. Subramanian, Chairman of SNS Institutions, adorned the occasion as the presiding authority.

I participated in Ring Sports Coimbatore only player to participate in ring sports

And Tamilnadu 1st Person to do belt Championship Gala Fight . 🥊

Won Silver Medal in the category of Older Junior (Age 17-18) -51 KG (FULL CONTACT)

On Placing silver in this Championship i have been selected for the WAKO World Children & Junior Kickboxing Championship - 2024 , ITALY , Jesolo.
