  • "Moc Test in Computer” was conducted for Computer Science group (Group-II) to XII standard students of TRA Higher Secondary School, Chinnavedampatti, Coimbatore on 10.01.2018. The test has been conducted for one hour in the school premises with the help of the school staff teachers. 53 of the school students has been actively participated in the programme out of which 39 students has been cleared the test and the remaining students were counseled by the school teachers and necessary remedial measures will be given in the future to get through. At the end of the programme oral feedback was given by the school headmaster and found to be appreciable.
  • Workshop on “Photoshop Training Programme” was conducted to students studying in VIII to XII and teachers of Sarvajana Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Peelamedu, Coimbatore on 10.01.2018.143 school students has been actively participated in the programme and benefitted.2 of our faculty members has been visited the school and 15 of our student volunteers has been actively participated in the activity the Photoshop class
  • "Training on ""how to use Web"" is conducted to Government School students of Veerapandi on 12.11.2016.+2 computer science group students of Veerapandi Government School Were brought to our college premises and as a part of extension programme Training was given to the on how to use Web like:
  • 1. Creating E mail ID
  • 2. Using Search Engines
  • 3. About Browsers etc.
  • As a part of computer literacy programme ,Computer Hardware training was given to the TRA Government school students on 26.12.2016. 4 students volunteers who had already completed the Hardware course has been choosen to participate in the activity and they were taken to school premises and they were asked to carry the needed hardware from the college. 43 school students underwent the hardware training and benefitted through it. The Head master of the school has been requested to the staff coordinator to conduct such programme to the staff members of the school too in future so that the faculty members can also learn about the Hardware in future.
  • As a part of School linkage programme every year our department visits Thiru VCV Government school located at Vellakinar for organizing the needy programme to the students. In connection with that our faculty members togetherly prepared a Q Book to the Xll standard computer Science group students and it was planned to issue to the school on 11.02.2016 so that it will be benefit to the students during Public examination. 1 of our staff member visited the school and issued the QBook to the school headmaster and received a good feedback on it.
  • As a part of School Linkage programme. A MOC Test conducted for +2 computer science group students of TRA Government School which was located at chinnavedampatti on 09.02.2016, 2 of our faculty members has been visited the school and conducted the test with the permission of the Head master of the school, the test has been conducted for one hour in the school premises with the help of the school staff teachers. 45 of the school students has been actively participated in the programme out of which 33 students has been cleared the test and the remaining students were counselled by the school teachers and necessary remedial measures will be given in the future to get through.
  • As a part of School linkage programme the deparment of computer science has arranged an extension activity programme in related to that the computer Hardware Training was given to students of YUVA World school, Periyanaicken Palyam on 03.01.2014.2 faculty members and 2 student volunteers from the department has participated in the programme. 85 students of the school and 9 faculty members were benefitted through the programme. The assembling of CPU was taught to the students and students obtained thorough knowledge about Motherboard, Memory Unit, Different types of Cables, Processor, ALU.
  • As a part of School Linkage programme, our department planned to visit TKS Matriculation higher secondary school, Chinnavedampatti and Government higher secondary school, SS Kulam to Issue Question Bank, Carrier guidance and Stress relief programme (YOGA) to XII students, on 31.01.2020. The question Bank is issued for pre-testing and revision of subject. Students can use it for self evaluation. Through schools visits, the students of school gain a greater understanding of how to prepare for college and career.Carrier guidance given to the school students to help them aquire the knowledge, information, skills and experience necessary to identify carrier options and narrow them down to make their carrier decision and choose right carrier path.The yoga that has been widely studied in the use of stress reduction. The motivation of stress relief programme conclude that yoga training has helped to reduce examination anxiety, depression as well as academic stress among school students appearing for the board examination.
