Practical Examinations :
The Practical Examination schedule will be prepared by the Controller of Examinations well in advance. Internal and External Examiners will be appointed for this purpose by the Controller of Examinations.
Note: Instructions for the Practical Examinations is enclosed in the Annexure – V
Conduct of Theory Examinations:
- The End Semester Theory Examinations will be conducted as per the Schedule prepared and circulated to the Departments.
- Invigilators and the Squad members will be appointed by the Chief Superintendent of the Examination.
- Hall Allotment for the Examination for each session will be done by the Software. The list of Candidates present for the Examination will be entered in the Software (Session-wise) on the day of Examination.
- After completion of the Examination, the answer scripts will be collected from the Invigilators and the same will be verified, packed, sealed and stored in the Strong Room until further process.
- The record for the same will be maintained by the Office of the Controller of Examinations.

Generation and Pasting of Dummy Numbers:
Once the Attendance is uploaded in the Software, the dummy number will be generated randomly. Dummy number code is an alphanumeric code. The same will be pasted in the Answer books before the valuation. 2 stickers will be printed (1 with register number and another one with dummy number only). The dummy number with Register number will be pasted in the first half of the front page of the Answer book which will be teared and kept for future reference and the second one will be pasted in the second half of the Answer Book. The work will be carried out by the Staff Members of Office of the Controller of Examinations with the help of Technical Staff Members confidentially.
